Material Transfer

Please select accordingly I already have the cell line in my lab and have the right to transfer it to acCELLerate for the project. I do not have the cell line yet and would like acCELLerate to procure it on our behalf under acCELLerate’s license agreement with ATCC. I only have a research license for the cell line and would like to transfer the cell line under acCELLerate’s license agreement with ATCC. I don't know. I need advice. acCELLerate will use the cell line exclusively for the custom cell banking project and will never transfer the cells to any third party without your explicit consent. As the end user of the cells, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient rights to transfer the cell line to acCELLerate for the project.
